3. User Accounts

When you create an account on a Chapterfeed product, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@chapterfeed.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Project Engagements

For paid client engagements (websites, apps, software, hosting, marketing), the specific scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and intellectual property assignment are governed by a separate signed proposal or agreement, which prevails over these general Terms in case of conflict.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and software on our website and platforms - including logos, code, graphics, and text - are owned by Chapterfeed Learning Space Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. For client projects, IP ownership is defined in the relevant proposal/agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with other users' access or the operation of our services.
• Use Chapterfeed products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

Our products may rely on or link to third-party services (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, payment gateways, analytics). Chapterfeed is not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties; their own terms and policies apply.

8. Disclaimers

The website and free informational content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law. Paid services are governed by the warranties stated in the relevant signed agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chapterfeed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website. Liability for paid services is limited as set out in the relevant signed agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Patna, Bihar.
